(Immersion & Extended French) Ce cours porte sur la définition et l’atteinte des objectifs de l’élève sur le plan des études, du travail et de la vie communautaire, durant et après le palier secondaire. L’apprentissage de l’élève comprend une évaluation globale de ses connaissances, de ses habiletés et de ses capacités ainsi qu’un survol des grandes tendances économiques et sociales. L’élève étudie également l’organisation du milieu de travail ainsi que les façons d’accéder au marché du travail. La préparation d’un plan de formation détaillé et une réflexion sur la nécessité de s’adapter au changement visent à favoriser l’atteinte des objectifs de l’élève. |

| Leadership & Peer Support | GPP3OE |
| This course prepares students to act in leadership and peer support roles. They will design and implement a plan for contributing to their school and/or community; develop skills in communication, interpersonal relations, teamwork, and conflict management; and apply those skills in leadership and/or peer support roles – for example, as a student council member or a peer tutor. Students will examine group dynamics and learn the value of diversity within groups and communities. |

(Immersion & Extended French) Ce cours prépare et encourage l’élève à offrir son aide et à exercer un leadership dans son école et sa communauté. L’élève développe ses habiletés en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles, de soutien, de leadership, de travail en équipe et de résolution de conflits. Il ou elle applique ces habiletés dans des situations de mentorat et de tutorat ou en participant à des activités telles que le conseil des élèves de l’école. Ce cours lui permet de découvrir la diversité et la richesse de sa communauté. L’élève en viendra à comprendre l’importance d’aider les autres et de contribuer à la vie de sa communauté.
