In order to ensure the safety and privacy of our users, all participating Employers and Career Coaches must successfully pass a 7 year criminal background check, a NC Sexual Offender check, and agree to abide by the F4K Terms and Conditions. Upon completion of this form, F4K will conduct the criminal history and sexual offender checks. All results are confidential and will be shared only with you.
