Portfolio Completion Standards Now Available

We are delighted to announce the availability of a new feature called Portfolio Completion Standards. This new feature removes the most significant obstacles many schools face when trying to implement a portfolio development system: the inability to clearly define expectations and easily monitor student progress.

With our Portfolio Completion Standards module, schools are able to define the work students in each grade are required to complete in their portfolios and then easily track the progress of their students. More specifically, schools can:

Clearly define objectives and expectations

• With Portfolio Completion Standards, schools can set the criteria that students in each grade
  are required to complete.
  
• Students can then view the standards and track their own progress toward meeting those objectives.

Quickly and easily monitor individual student progress

• View students’ completion status at a glace through the student list and immediately access their individual completion report.
  
• Identify students that are not meeting expectations to determine where help is needed.

Generate detailed aggregate reports

• Track overall student achievement through a variety of Portfolio Completion Reports.
  
• Generate and export lists of students with complete or incomplete portfolios.
