Course Planner to engage over 1 million students in 2011

Course Planner is now being used by over 1,000 middle and high schools across North America. This translates to over 1 million students getting engaged and inspired by the Course Planner module, which helps students make career-focused course selections while simplifying reporting for schools and districts.

Anthony Abbott, the Product Manager for Course Planner, notes that "This is a fantastic level of commitment and feedback from our schools and students. We continue to incorporate more features and flexibility into the module to meet the needs of all our clients."

Course Planner removes uncertainty by integrating future aspirations with current credit history to provide realistic course selections for students. As students select courses, it visually indicates how it will affect future opportunities.

In Ontario, an improved SHSM feature allows schools to setup and track SHSM activity and can be setup in a matter of minutes.
