Quick Start Professional Development
To get you up and running quickly, TCA provides a 1-day professional development workshop on-site. Taught by a master educator, this workshop prepares teachers, counselors, curriculum specialists, and administrators for immediate implementation of our successful Test Prep program.

Job-Embedded Professional Development
With Job-Embedded Professional Development, TCA has developed a cost-effective solution to establishing objectives, benchmarks, and evaluative assessments that help your teachers take their students to a higher level of readiness and achievement in high-stakes testing. TCA's consultants come to your school during the school day and work with your teachers in a classroom or lab situation to refine their understanding of our Data Reporting and Management System. In addition, TCA works with you to design a Test Prep Action Plan and shows you how to evaluate and apply student data to generate lessons that address the needs of large groups or individual students.
