AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY I: MAINTENANCE & LIGHT REPAIR A(r) AUTE1A
This laboratory-based course prepares students to gain knowledge and skills in the repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of vehicle systems. This allows students to reinforce, apply, and transfer academic knowledge and skills to a variety of interesting and relevant activities, problems, and settings. The focus on this course is to teach the theory of operation of automotive vehicle systems and associated repair practices in a pre-employment laboratory. Student must provide his/her own transportation.

Automotive services include advanced knowledge of the function of the major automotive systems and the principles of diagnosing and servicing these systems. In Advanced Automotive Technology, students gain knowledge and skills in the repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of vehicle systems.

ENERGY AND POWER OF TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS A(r) EPTSA
This laboratory-based course introduces students to the business and industries of the transportation careers. Students will learn to understand the interaction between various vehicle systems, and the logistics used to move goods and services. Students prepare to meet the expectations of employers in this industry.
